MA Guixiang is Professor of procedural law and Ph.D. Supervisor at law school of Fudan University. He specializes in criminal procedural law, judicial system and evidence law. In recent years, he has published a series of publications about litigation structure and has been awarded as a result by China Law Society. He is the director of China Criminal Procedural Law Association.
