XU Lingyan
XU Lingyan is a professor and LL.M. tutor of the Law School of Fudan University. Her research fields contains Financial Law,Securities Law, Company Law, Civil and Commercial Law, Securitization, Capital market, Financial Derivatives, Financial supervision etc.
XU Lingyan also serves as a Committee member of financial trial theory professional committee of China Law Society, director of Securities Law of China Law Society, expert member of securitization team of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Visiting Scholar of Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Private Law (Germany), director of Securities Law institute of Shanghai Law Society, assistant director of Commercial Law of Chinese Law and Business Research Institute and visiting professor of Asian Studies Institute of Kanagawa University.
