Zhu Dan is an associate Professor in Public International Law at Fudan University Law School and member of the Chinese Bar. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh, an LL.M. from Xiamen University, and an LL.B. from Jilin University. Before joining Fudan, she worked at the Registry Legal Advisory Service Section and the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court. She has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, including “Journal of International Criminal Justice”(SSCI), “The University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law”(SSCI), “Australian Journal of International Affairs” (SSCI), “Asian Journal of International Law”, “Netherlands International Law Review”, “Peking University Law Journal”, “The Jurist”, “Global Law Review”, “Modern Law Science” and “Chinese Criminal Science”.
