Seminar of China Intellectual Property Training Center was held in Law School
2018 (the 4th) Intellectual Property Finance and Justice and Application of Intellectual Property seminar, jointly sponsored by China Intellectual Property Training Center and Law School of Fudan University (Fudan University Intellectual Property Research Center) and undertook by Shanghai Science and Technology Research and Consultation Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Jingteng Intellectual Property Service Limited Company, was held successfully in Law School of Fudan University on Jun. 10th 2018. Fudan university Vice President Professor Chen Zhimin, Deputy Director of China Intellectual Property Training Center Gao Baili, Deputy Director of Shanghai Intellectual Property Office Rui Wenbiao, Advisor of World Intellectual Property Organization Lv Guoqiang, Dean of Fudan Law School Professor Wang Zhiqiang, Director of Fudan University Intellectual Property Research Center Professor Zhang Naigen, about 200 experts and scholars in IP as well as Fudan Graduate Students participated in this seminar.

This seminar has conducted thorough discussing on 3 topics, surrounding trade-related aspects of protection and application of IP, criminal cases of IP, financial aspects of IP and other issues.
The first topic Trade-Related Aspects of Protection and Application of IP was hosted by Dean of IP School in Tongji University Professor Shan Xiaoguang. Professor Zhang Naigen given a speech on Protection of IP in Transit Trade under “One Belt One Road”. Professor Zheng Youde discussed Trade Secret and Protection of Informant. Professor Li Shunde shared his view on IP in International Trade.
The second topic Criminal Cases in IP was hosted by researcher in Fudan University Judicial Research Center and lawyer Liu Huajun. Xiao Kai, from Shanghai People's Procuratorate, talked about Construction and Perfection of Safeguard Mechanism in Criminal Cases for IPR Holders. Yu Chongwen, from Shanghai Public Security Bureau, discussed Several Thoughts on the Striking and Precaution on IP Infringement Criminals. Judge Tang Zhen, from Shanghai High People’s Court, probed into Authentication Problems in IP Criminal Cases.
The Third topic IP Finance and Related Problems was hosted by Director of Think Tank Research Center in Shanghai Social and Science Academy Yang Yaqin. Professor Tao Xinliang lectured on Just and Unjust Use of IP Lawsuits and Its Controlling. Professor Ma Zhongma’s speech focused on Compulsory Technology Transfer, Evolution of Technology Transfer Legal Regime in China 40-Year Reform and Opening Up. Partner Hu Zhenyuan, from Fangda Law Office, shared his opinions on Capital Contribution Ability of Patent. Chen Daming introduced Current State and Tendency of Domestic Technology Transfer. Lawyer Ma Linlin, from Jiazhihui Law Office, discussed Problems and Solutions in Technological Achievements Transfer.
In this seminar, IP scholars, IP judicial and enforcement organs, lawyers and other experts from practicing organs also discussed together issues regarding IP transformation, application, finance, justice and other matters and contributed to China IP development.
