Nuannuan Lin is Assistant Professor in Law at the School of Law, Fudan University. Before joining Fudan University, she was an assistant professor working at the School of Law, Deakin University, and the School of Law, University of Newcastle, Australia. Dr. Lin’s research interests include Health Law, Comparative Tort Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Big Data Regulation. Her articles have been published in leading legal journals, including The Social Sciences in China, Harvard Negotiation Law Review, Columbia Journal of Asian Law, Federal Law Review, Journal of Bioethical Inquiry, and Journal of Law and Medicine. Dr. Lin is a manuscript reviewer for the Medical Law Review (Oxford, SSCI, journal impact 1.4), Journal of Bioethical Inquiry (SSCI, journal impact 1.4), BMC Health Services Research (journal impact 2.0), etc.
