Lai Junnan received his Ph. D. in Law (legal history) at Peking University (2014). He was a lecturer at KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2014 to 2018. In 2018 he joined Law School of Fudan University and is currently a professor here. His research interests include Chinese legal history, comparative legal history, and methodology of legal history.
