LIU He
Junior Associate Researcher Dr. He LIU is a doctor of law at the University of Hamburg, Germany. He is mainly engaged in the research of Chinese criminal law, comparative criminal law and philosophy of criminal law, focusing on the topics of commercial criminal law, mistake of law, responsibility, and the theory of punishment, and has published more than ten papers in the chinese and international law journals, such as KriPoZ, Pekin University Law Journal, Jurist, and Tsinghua University Law Journal. He has presided over the Global Doctoral Research Programme of the University of Hamburg (German University Excellence Programme Fund), the Programme of the National Social Science Council, and the Youth Programme of the Ministry of Education in Humanities and Social Sciences, etc. He has also been selected for the ‘Postdoctoral Overseas Attraction Programme’ of the Ministry of Education (2024) and the ‘Super Postdoctoral Fellowship’ of Shanghai (2023).
