挪威奥斯陆大学2015年度交流项目目前开放申请，学习时间为明年一整年（2015年1月到12月，包括春季学期和秋季学期），奥斯陆大学为我校学生提供奖学金，具体信息如下。

一、奖学金

The Quota Scholarship will cover the basic living expenses in Norway and the students will also be offered a travel grant. Students accepting the quota scholarship are required to return to their home university to complete their degrees after their exchange period in Norway. 二、交换项目

If you find the Quota scholarship offer of interest, the following departments/centers are interested in welcoming Fudan students on a quota scholarship:

（一）法学院项目

Faculty of Law can offer 3 student places. Students are welcome to apply to both bachelor and master courses.

For admission to courses at the bachelor's level Fudan students must have completed 2 years of study of Law.

For admission to courses at the master's level Fudan student must have completed a bachelor's degree in Law.

（二）性别研究项目

Centre for Gender Studies can accommodate 5 Fudan students who is interested in gender studies. 

（三）人权研究项目

Norwegian Centre for Human Rights can offer 1 student place at their Master programme " Theory and Practice of Human Rights".

三、具体要求

1. 申请对象：具体请看上文要求。

2. 英语成绩：本科要求TOFEL成绩60分及以上，IELTS 5.0及以上。研究生要求TOFEL成绩80分及以上，IELTS 6.0及以上。http://www.uio.no/english/studies/admission/exchange/english-requirements.html

3. 选送名额：法学院共选拔3名同学参加法学院项目，2人参加性别研究项目和人权研究项目。

四、注意事项

1. 申请人需要在10月10日（星期五）10：00前将以下材料投递至法学院楼二楼孙蕾老师信箱。所提交的材料请严格根据以下要求和次序订好，不需要封面（请关注低碳环保）：         

A. 一份中英文申请说明各不超过一页，最好双面打印；中文第一部分必须注明申请人姓名、性别、学号、专业、班级、联系方式（电话和电子邮箱）以及申报项目名称。

B. 一份中英文简历各不超过一页，最好双面打印，其中第一部分必须包含本科或研究生学习期间的学习成绩绩点、排名、有效托福成绩或相当的英文成绩证明（及考试日期）。

2. 申请人须学习成绩优异，品行良好，遵守外事纪律，在奥斯陆大学学习期间需遵守当地法律和学校制度。 

3. 凡在学习期间已被学院推荐过出国（境）交流的同学不参加本次申请。

4. 我院于10月10日（星期五）13：00于法学院240室组织面试，之后研究生院将组织专家进行全校评审，然后由校外事处向奥斯陆提交最终名单。

5. 被录取的交流生在学习结束后必须按时返校，完成在复旦的学业，并在回国后一个月内向学院提交一份交流报告。         

6. 被录取的交流生须按照复旦大学的要求办理有关手续。回国后，要及时向教务处或研究生院办理有关手续，如果迟延办理或者违反复旦大学的各项规则，后果自负。部分同学可能会受影响延期毕业，请提前妥善安排各项学习、实习、毕业、择业等一系列问题。

7. 被录取的交流生不得无故放弃交流，若有在确定名额之后随意放弃等不诚信行为，学院将有权取消其本科或研究生期间一切评奖评优资格，本科生还将取消研究生免试直升资格。同意参加面试视为知晓并同意本条款。
