JI Ligang
Ji LIGANG is currently a professor at Fudan Law School and a doctoral supervisor in civil and commercial law. Currently serving as the Deputy Dean of Fudan Law School, serving as the arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, the Standing Committee Member of the China Legal Clinic Education Research Association, the member of the Science and Technology Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Construction Commission, and the Legal Education Research Association of the China Law Society. Prof. Ji Ligang has long been engaged in the teaching and research of commercial law, financial law, and economic law. Courses offered include commercial law, billing law, financial law, international investment law, economic law, and foreign legal systems. He studied at the University of Konstanz (2000-2001) and Yale University (2004-2005) in Germany. He was awarded the honorary title of "Shanghai Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Jurist" (2006) and won the "Outstanding Works Award" (2009) for the third National Law Teaching Material and Scientific Research Achievement Award.
