SUN Xiaoxia

SUN is Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at Law School of Fudan University. He specializes in jurisprudence, law philosophy and the science of the public law. He is the distinguished professor of Changjiang Scholars Program. He is also vice president of Chinese Association of Jurisprudence, a member of the Legal Education Steering Committee of Ministry of Education, a member of the Juris Master's Degree Education Steering Committee, a member of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government Administrative Reconsideration Committee, and a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of Shanghai Higher People's Court. He has participated in argument consultations organized or entrusted by the Standing Committee of National People’s Congress,  the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Justice.
