ZHANG Jianwei
Zhang Jianwei is Professor of Economic Law at Fudan Law School. He has been Long-term committed to the teaching and research of law and economics, legal finance, economic law, financial law, regulation and competition law, economic governance and financial governance.
He has published many academic papers in Chinese Social Sciences, Legal Studies, Chinese Law and other publications reprinted, and hosted the National Social Science Fund project "Localization of Legal and Financial Theory" and "the economic structure of financial law". He won the first prize and the third prize of outstanding achievements in Shanghai philosophy and social sciences, the third prize of outstanding achievements in legal theory and textbooks of the Ministry of Justice, the Shanghai Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award, and the first prize of the Excellent Papers of the 2010 Annual Meeting of the China Trial Theory Research Association.
