BAI Guodong is an associate professor at Fudan Law School. His research field is Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Negotiable Instruments Law, Sino-Japanese Comparative Commercial Law and so on. To be specific, he specializes in the formation and development of supervisor system, comparative study on corporate governance, capital market, public company and so on.

Professor Bai acquired his LLM and Ph.D, and worked as an assistant in Graduate School of Law, Waseda University from 1988 to 2000.
