HE Li
HE LI is a professor of international law at the Fudan Law School and a doctoral tutor. He mainly studies international economic law. The key directions are international customs law, international investment law, and international trade law. He has published dozens of papers at home and abroad, among which there are more than ten core publications published in "Fudan Journal". There are several papers reproduced for the full copy of the People's Congress. He has published 6 monographs, 1 monograph edited and 1 collaborator. Editor of three textbooks. There are 2 textbooks. Translation monograph co-authored one book.
As an adjunct professor at the Customs Academy, an influential expert in the field of international law began to study the emerging international customs law, and in the new book “International Customs Law—Principles and Systems”, the international customs law was constructed as a discipline. For the first time, He introduced international customs law into the large family of international law, filling the gap in this respect for the international legal framework.
