LU Zhian
LU ZHIAN is an associate professor at Fudan Law School and a master supervisor of international law. Dedicated to the research of public international law, international private law, international environmental law, EU law and European human rights legislation. Serving as the committee of Chinese Society of International Law, the committee of China Society of Private International Law, the committee of Chinese Society of International Economic Law, the researcher of Centre for European Studies in Fudan University, the researcher of Centre for Human Rights Studies in Fudan University, the researcher of Centre for Northern European Studies in Fudan University, the mediator of Resolution Center in Pudong Branch of Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the arbitrator of Shenzhen Arbitration Commission, the arbitrator of Jinhua Arbitration Commission. Prof. Lu is admitted as a qualified lawyer in PRC, a qualified notary in State of Texas, USA. At the same time serving as the member of American Bar Association.
Previously Prof. Lu was the visiting professor of University of Groningen, the visiting professor of City University of Hong Kong , the arbitrator of Resolution Center of CCPIT and the arbitrator of Foshan Arbitration Commission.
