YANG Xiaochang

YANG Xiaochang is an associate professor in the Law School of Fudan University. She specializes in jurisprudence, legal philosophy and political philosophy (especially in Rawls's theory of Liberalism).

YANG Xiaochang has published a great number of thesis and monographs, and has published more than 30 academic articles in Legal Review, Legal System and Social Development, Study and Exploration, etc.
