Webinar “Law and the Battle between Privacy and Tech Design” Held Successfully
On March 25, Northeastern University School of Law – Fudan University Law School Webinar “Law and the Battle between Privacy and Tech Design” was successfully held, themed technology development and privacy protection. It focused on how law can be deployed to regulate software and hardware designs to respect privacy in their products. The Webinar was moderated by Margaret Woo, Professor of Law, Northeastern University School of Law, and was presented by Woodrow Hartzog, Professor of Law and Computer Science, Northeastern University School of Law, and Jiangqiu Ge, Assistant Professor of Fudan University Law School. This Webinar is the first online academic activity since Northeastern University School of Law and Fudan University Law School have signed the cooperation agreement. In the future, two law schools will strengthen in-depth cooperation in the fields of the exchange of teachers and students, LLM double degree program, etc.
