Professor Ma Zhongfa Publishes An Academic Paper in A WIPO-WTO Publication
Recently, the paper titled “Current Legal Regime of Employee Invention Patents in China” of Professor Ma Zhongfa of Fudan Law School has been published in WIPO-WTO Colloquium Papers: Research Papers from the WIPO-WTO Colloquium for Teachers of Intellectual Property Law 2016 which is published jointly by World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO) and World Trade Organization(WTO).
From June 13rd, 2016 to June 24th, Professor Ma Zhongfa (The Executive Deputy Director of the Centre for Intellectual Property Studies of Fudan University) went to Geneva to attend the 13th WIPO-WTO Colloquium for Teachers of Intellectual Property Law organized jointly by WIPO and WTO. Professor Ma made a speech on The legal regime of employee invention patents in China. There were 26 teachers attending the Colloquium, who were selected from a number of applicants around the world by WIPO and WTO, and fully financed by the organizers. Each teacher attending the Colloquium should make a speech concerning a particular issue of the intellectual property legal system in his/her country and was required to submit the paper based on the speech within half a year after the Colloquium. Then the organizers would select some from the submitted papers and compile the selected papers to publish. With more than one year’s preparation and effort, the organizers finally published 11 academic papers in WIPO-WTO Colloquium Papers 2016.The electronic version of this publication was on the official website of WTO, which is available at
