On December 28th, Fudan Law School alumni ZHANG Bin was appointed by Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress as the Vice President and the Judge of Judiciary Committees serving for Shanghai High People’s Court. 

ZHANG Bin born in September 1962 and graduated from university as a full-time student in 1984. Zhang became a member of Communist Party in 1987. He later received J.M. Degree from Fudan Law School in 2005. Previously served as the President of Pudong New District People’s Court，Zhang made his mark as a prominent figure in political-legal profession and nominated as the Vice President of the Shanghai High People’s Court in December, 2017.
